LOCAL SHIPPING

We use the Hong Kong Postal system or GOGO van according to the client’s request but delivery charges will be applied. Delivery time will be within 3-5 days if the paintings are in Hong Kong, or 2-3 weeks for paintings and 3-4 weeks for sculptures if the artworks come from overseas such as the United States, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, and other countries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD

We can ship to most destinations worldwide but additional shipment cost apply for every item purchased in this website. Artwork is usually shipped using Registered Mail and is an excellent service. With this shipping option, clients can be provided with an online tracking number for the delivery status. Parcels shipped this way will require signature upon receipt. and will usually require signature upon receipt and will usually require around 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note that item is not insured and if you require insurance, you should note this in the special instructions when checking out. We will not be responsible for any uninsured mail which is lost or damaged in transit. Couriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL provide detailed tracking information and estimated delivery date, but we charge extra for these courier services. For clients who would like to use their own personal or corporate courier account, pleases simply provide us with your account details and items will be shipped this way. Depending on where you are, Customs fees are determined by your country’s Customs Department which we are unable to predict, shoulder or include in your bill. When Customs fees are applied, they would require payment of that fee in order for your order to be released. For inquiries about Customs fee, please contact your country’s Customs Department directly.

Returns PACKING FOR SHIPPING

We will ensure all parcels are packed to a very high standard and special care and attention will be applied when packing for shipment. For overseas, we recommend and prefer to ship prints and paintings rolled in strong cardboard tubes. For other artworks that can not be rolled, it will be shipped flat using multiple layers of rigid corrugated cardboard.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed or undelivered packages. We pack items to withstand damage but on the rare occasion, the small couriers do damage your order, please reach us with a clear picture of the damage within 10 days of receiving your order and we will refund you the amount or ship you a replacement.
